Laurel Grove June 2026
Community News
As we head into the summer season, we wanted to share a few friendly community reminders to help keep Laurel Grove comfortable and welcoming for everyone. Please remember that quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and while we love being a pet-friendly community, we kindly ask all residents to clean up after their furry friends during walks around the property. Thank you for helping us keep Laurel Grove a peaceful and enjoyable place to call home!
June Resident Event

Summer Splash - June 18th
We appreciate everyone’s patience as we work through a delay in opening pool season this year. To help kick off summer together, we’ll be hosting a Summer Fun Event at the YMCA Hayes Pool on June 18th from 3:00 PM–5:00 PM! We’re hopeful our community pools will be open by then to host at home, but regardless, we’re excited to gather with residents for an afternoon of sunshine, connection, and summer fun. More details coming soon!

Sweet Treats For Mom

We loved spending Mother’s Day giving a little love back with roses, candles, sweets, and small moments of appreciation for the incredible mamas who make our community so special. Thank you for all the care, warmth, and love you bring every day

Local Feature
Palomas Cafecito

A new local favorite has arrived. Be sure to check out Palomas Cafecito, a beautiful new brick-and-mortar café rooted in culture, tradition, and heritage with thoughtfully designed Mexican-inspired details throughout the space. Known for their housemade syrups, fresh pastries baked by the owner’s twin sister, handcrafted coffee, and refreshing aguas frescas, every detail feels personal and intentional. One must-try? The Fresita Matcha — made with housemade strawberry syrup, topped with vanilla cold foam and strawberry bits for the perfect sweet summer treat.
Live Well
Raising the Standard of Resident Experience

At North Coast Living, investing in our people means investing in the resident experience. Last week, 25 North Coast leaders, including Regional and Senior Business Managers, gathered in San Diego for a two-day Train the Trainer program in partnership with Moran Consulting, a nationally recognized customer service and culture change firm. The training focused on the moments that matter most in apartment living, from leasing tours and renewals to maintenance follow-up and resident communication. These leaders are now bringing those tools and service standards back to their communities across the portfolio, helping create an even stronger resident experience company-wide. Broadway is proud to be part of a team that continues to prioritize growth, excellence, and meaningful community connection.
