Our first-ever Pawty at Laurel Grove was a tail-wagging success! From smooching poochies and wagging tails to treats galore, we had so much fun celebrating our furry residents and the community that loves them. Thanks to everyone who came out and made it such a joyful, paw-some event! 🐾💕

I would like to commend Jorge from the maintenance staff. He goes above and beyond at every work order he receives. If he sees you around the community, he always makes sure to smile at you and greet you! He has helped me tremendously throughout my years here and he truly is the gem of this community. Cynthia, the property manager, is very helpful as well. She has been very responsive and takes her time to address any concerns that have been brought to her attention. Thank you Laurel Grove staff for all that you do!"

Annual Food Drive Impact
This year, our communities donated over 27,000 pounds of food to our Annual North Coast Living Winter Food Drive, helping provide thousands of meals to families in need. What begins as a simple act of giving at our properties becomes real nourishment and meaningful impact, making this one of the most important initiatives we take part in each year. Congratulations to our top contributors by pounds per unit—The Lark, Kearney Plaza, and The Gossamer—and special recognition to The Upland, The Margot, and Barham Villas for their outstanding total donations. Thank you to every resident and team member who participated and helped strengthen the communities we call home.
